- Service must be requested before arrival through your Kleintours reservations executive.
- If the client's hotel is not listed, service might be providedf rom the nearest hotel.
- Kleintours is not responsible if passenger misses the transfers, the flight or the cruise.
- Passengers should be at the airport 90 minutes before the flight departure.
- Luggage: one checked softcase (max. 20 kilos) and one carry-on per passenger are allowed.
- For logistics purposes and schedules of ships, air tickets the Galapagos are automatically confirmed and sold with KT's cruises to guarantee all the formalities and assistance required at mainland and Galapagos airports, transfer to port and dinghy ride to ship. If other flight is used, assistabce cannot be provided on the way in or out. KT will not be responsible if passengers miss the cruise or flight.
